Collision Repair Duluth GA — Built on Trust, Craftsmanship & Communication

When you search for collision repair near me in Duluth, GA, you're looking for more than just an auto body shop — you're looking for a team you can trust with one of your most important investments. Roland Auto Collision is a locally owned collision center serving drivers across Duluth, Suwanee, Norcross, Lawrenceville, Johns Creek, Peachtree Corners, Berkeley Lake, Buford, Sugar Hill, and greater Gwinnett County. Our vehicle drop-off and authorization process is designed to make your visit as smooth as possible. From the moment you pull into our Duluth collision center, our team is ready to document your vehicle, walk you through the auto repair authorization paperwork, and answer any questions about the collision repair process. Whether you're paying out of pocket or filing an insurance collision repair claim, we help you understand what to expect at every stage — from initial auto body estimate to the final quality inspection.

Insurance claims assistance is one of the areas where Roland Auto Collision stands apart from other auto body shops in Duluth. We work directly with most major insurance carriers, communicate with adjusters on your behalf, and help ensure that the repair plan reflects factory specifications — not shortcuts. Our goal is simple: get your vehicle back to pre-accident condition safely, with as little disruption to your daily life as possible.

Our craftsmen specialize in auto body repair, dent repair, paint repair, bumper repair, and comprehensive car accident repair. Using modern paint booths, computerized color-matching systems, and OEM-quality parts, we deliver finishes that blend seamlessly with your factory paint. Whether it's a small parking-lot ding or major structural work following a collision, our technicians combine years of hands-on experience with the latest repair techniques.

The vehicle drop-off step matters more than most drivers realize. A clear, documented handoff protects both the customer and the shop — that's why our authorization form covers vehicle condition, mileage, insurance details, and repair scope up front. It also gives us everything we need to start your estimate immediately, order any long-lead parts, and coordinate directly with your insurance company. If your vehicle is not drivable, we can also help arrange towing to our Duluth location.

After your vehicle enters our shop, you're never left in the dark. We provide updates by phone, text, and email throughout every phase — teardown, parts ordering, body and frame repair, paint, reassembly, and final quality control. When your repair is complete, we contact you promptly so you can schedule pickup. To keep our shop running efficiently for every customer, vehicles not picked up within three calendar days of notification may be subject to a storage fee of $75 per day.

If you've been in an accident and need collision repair in Duluth, GA, or if you're comparing auto body shops for a quality repair estimate, we'd love the opportunity to earn your trust.
