Our goal is simple: get your vehicle back to pre-accident condition safely, with as little disruption to your daily life as possible.
Our craftsmen specialize in auto body repair, dent repair, paint repair, bumper repair, and comprehensive car accident repair. Using modern paint booths, computerized color-matching systems, and OEM-quality parts, we deliver finishes that blend seamlessly with your factory paint. The vehicle drop-off step matters more than most drivers realize. A clear, documented handoff protects both the customer and the shop — that's why our authorization form covers vehicle condition, mileage, insurance details, and repair scope up front. It also gives us everything we need to start your estimate immediately, order any long-lead parts, and coordinate directly with your insurance company. If your vehicle is not drivable, we can also help arrange towing to our Duluth location.
After your vehicle enters our shop, you're never left in the dark. We provide updates by phone, text, and email throughout every phase — teardown, parts ordering, body and frame repair, paint, reassembly, and final quality control. When your repair is complete, we contact you promptly so you can schedule pickup. To keep our shop running efficiently for every customer, vehicles not picked up within three calendar days of notification may be subject to a storage fee of $75 per day.
